Hi @0oRonieo0

I'd like to try out some connection troubleshooting steps to see if we can help stop this from happening again.

When you've got a chance I'd recommend starting out with the basic and advanced connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes. If you're still running into the same issues after that please let me know. Thanks!

@0oRonieo0

Thank you for giving it a shot!

Which datacenter are you connecting to? Have you tried switching to any others to test and see if that makes a difference?

@0oRonieo0

I see, thanks!

Can we try updating the DNS in Windows to see if that makes any difference? I've seen cases in the past where that can help with similar issues.

You can change the DNS through the Windows TCP/IP Settings. For more info on how to get there check out the Microsoft Support website. Choosing the Manual option will let you enter a DNS of your choosing. I usually go with the public Google DNS (Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4). I've also heard that using the Cloudflare DNS resolver can also help (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1).

Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot. Thanks!

Hey @Elian3de3Pro

Which datacenter do you play on? Does switching to any other datacenter help at all?
