If it's been over 24 hour since you've bought your coins, I recommend that you reach out to our live support team to see if they can get those coins added for you:

Sometimes the transaction can take a little while to process, but again, if it's been more than 24 hours, reach out to them. They'll need to see proof of purchase before they can grant the coins; this article shows exactly what they'll need:

It might be worth trying to reach out via a chat if email isn't getting you anywhere. If you go to our help site:

https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us

Select your product and platform, and then choose "Orders" -> "Check order status". That gives me the option to start a chat pretty consistently. (It'll be under "Other support options" near the bottom of the page.)
