I can't say that I have ever had any issues getting into a full team @Luckyshoes777.
How often do you see it occur? I tested it there and was able to get into a full team 8 times in a row.

Could be that you are having connection issues @Bluelagoon2018 especially if it mainly happens during peak internet usage hour. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
