If you're missing Apex coins, you'll need to reach out to our live support team so they can make sure that you get your purchase:

I'm not sure why they said they'd "add it automatically". If they don't show up by themselves, then they need to be added manually to your account. Hopefully you'll be able to get them without too much bother now.
