[2020] Could we please get a confirmation that the choppy gunplay and missing frames is on your end Devs?

Just for our own sanity, could we get a confirmation that the low frames, stuttering etc is happening for everyone.

I enter a gun fight, no damage then suddenly die instantly when I get dealt full damage because they are hitting me, but it's not registering.

Far too many games ending this way.

My end, it's 205mb fiber to the home, high capacity ethernet to console. Game installed on hard drive, plenty of free space. FOV just above the standard setting.

Honestly, I'm struggling to play because it's just too choppy. Playing and paying less and less.
