Have you had the chance to try starting up your PC to see if that makes any difference? If there's something else running that could be related to the WiFi issues that may help to narrow it down.

What happens if you try logging into Windows with a different admin user account? If you need more info on how to set up a new admin account check out the Microsoft Support website.

Have you made any changes to your page file settings in Windows?
