Unfortunately an account ban is not something that we can investigate here on Answers HQ. If the Terms of Service team has reviewed your account and determined that they will not reverse the ban, it may not be possible to have it removed. 

I can only recommend following up with the Terms of Service team to see if they can review the account further. You can find more details on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website.
