[2021] Server crashes when I use bloodhound banner frame

@HunterkK112004 Thanks for the post, this is being tracked, and for now we'll ask you to not use the banner until this is patched. 

Rampart also can use this banner frame, so be sure to change the frame on her too if it's relevant.
