I'm afraid that we aren't able to help with account issues here on Answers HQ. It would be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at the account and see if the email can be updated. 

You can find more info on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

If you don't recognize the email address, it's possible that someone else was able to access the account. Please get in touch with the EA Help team as soon as you can so they can take a look and see if they can help you get logged back in.
