[2020] Lost items from Apex pack for being dragged into a game

@Hayhala Hey, I believe there's a mixup, the agent in question may not have spent as much time with Apex's logs as some folks.

Within our logs the crafting mats will appear as their own lootbox, but they are part of a previously-opened one. For whatever reason on the backend they appear as a "box" of mats, which will be its own log event. 

So from what I can see, the box in question contained the 15 mats, the Crypto quip "I'm here because I have to", and the Bangalore Bobblehead charm. The charms show up on an R99 when unlocked, which is probably where the mixup over the skin comes from. 

I hope this helps to clear things up, and we'll let the agent in question know about the crafting materials status.
