Hello guys, yesterday i downloaded apex after a long Time. I played on xbox one some years ago, now i tryed to Play on ps5 but i can’t change my legends and i don’t have access to the shop. I asked for assistance on ea but they don’t respond. Do you know what i can do to fixe this problem pls ?

I don't believe that would be the proper avenue to resolve that issue, as you run the risk of corrupting your saved persistence.
I would reach out to EA Help and see if they can resolve your issue.
Would also put relink the account to what is was originally to mitigate this issue in the meantime.
