When you've got the chance can you check and see if you have any updates for your graphics drivers? I've seen a few reports of the same issue on AMD video cards, and usually a driver update will fix it.

Are you also using an AMD video card? Can you share a bit more info on what's happening on your side?

Is Radeon Boost currently active in your Radeon Software? If so, can you try disabling it to see if that helps?

You're also using an AMD video card? If you're already on the most recent drivers and this is still happening, have you tried disabling Radeon Boost in your Radeon Software to see if that helps?
