[2021] Abandon penalty in PUBLIC???

@zam0th Hey, we're looking at these erroneous warnings. Are you still skydiving at this point? The warning should go away when you land-though it does pop up in some situations- and you shouldn't be penalised for quitting a casual match.

Hey just to pop in, this message should no longer appear after a small update yesterday on the server side.

- Removed the "Leaver warning" prompt that sometimes popped up in games with no leaver penalty.
