[2022] Can’t connect to EA/Nin servers

@Krigare_CZ Hey there, there is currently an issue connecting to Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch. The teams are aware of this issue and working on a fix, and you can keep an eye from time to time to the server status page here: https://help.ea.com/en/apex-legends/apex-legends/
