[2020] Apex: Input latency for the first 10min of the game. Every time I restart my PC.

Hmm, gotcha. When you've got a chance can you try running through the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website to see if that makes a difference at all? I'd also recommend checking out the PC-specific steps there as well. 

Let me know if it keeps happening afterward.
