If you've filled out the webform you've done the right thing and your case will be working it's way up the queue to reach Terms of Service. The cases they receive are investigated on a case-by-case bases and that coupled with other factors will affect the response time on hearing back from them. If you're in any way concerned the case is not on it's way to the Terms of Service team, definitely link in with the support team and they'll double check that for you and help to ease those concerns or if the case failed to route through to Terms of Service the advisor will correct that asap.
