Got ban from one word. That's super weird

If you get banned for saying something in-game, it's generally not a great idea to then post it on our forums as well. Unfortunately we can't really look into bans here, but if you'd like to raise a dispute, you can always reach out to our terms of service team. They'll be able to take a look at this for you.
