[2021] Can't load into firing range or match

@Full_Metal_1915  can you try to run a verify game files in Steam on APEX and try again.

@Full_Metal_1915  can you try the following: 

1. Install latest GPU drivers drivers
2. Disable Shader Cache in the NVidia control panel and Hit apply.
3. Enable shader cache and Hit apply.
4. Restart Computer.
