[2023] Cross progression and "new" accounts

This just means you won't have any content merged from the PC account as it was originally linked to a different EA account.

That will not impact Cross Progression being enabled on the account itself. Once you get the notification in-game you're fine!

However, that has no impact over getting Cross Progression on the account. Here's the full line:

Note: to prevent exploitation, any secondary Apex Legends accounts created after Oct 26th for the same EA account, will not be eligible to be merged.

This just means the content would not be merged, you'll still be able to use Cross Progression just fine on the account.
