I'm afraid we can't really do anything for the lost RP, but I'd be happy to try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help prevent more disconnections like this from happening in the future. 

A good place to start would be with the basic and advanced connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still seeing any connection issues after that please let me know. Thanks!
