I'm afraid that account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. It sounds like you've already reached out to the Terms of Service team. If so, that's all you need to do for now. They'll review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned. Once they've completed their investigation they will follow up with you via email. 

 

If you haven't yet been able to get in touch with them check out the EA Help website for more details on how to submit a case. Unfortunately we don't have a way to see how long a TOS investigation might take, but keep an eye out on your email for a reply.

Hey all. 

 

Like I mentioned before account bans can't be addressed here on Answers HQ. It's not something we have the ability to assist with. 

 

If your account is banned I can only recommend getting in touch with the Terms of Service team. They are the only team who can make the call to overturn a ban or not.
