[2021] Is there any updates on people losing all of the cosmetics when switching email?

Cosmetics won't go missing for updating the email address on your EA account so something else happened there. Can you walk me through what happened and what you mean by 'switching' to clarify that? Did you switch the EA accounts linked to your consoles by unlinking and relinking to a different EA account?

That sounds about right. From the tweet you've shared, Respawn are currently investigating the bug. They've shared in the same tweet, that Respwan will keep players informed with updates. Keep an eye on that Twitter account for news and updates on this.

I won't have that information to offer a guesstimate. If you are experiencing the same bug Respawn are investigating at the moment, it is a matter of waiting for updates from Respawn on this.
