I assume you're reaching out to live support via email? It might be a good idea to try to start a chat with them instead.

When you pick your product and platform, try selecting "Orders" -> "Check order status". That usually gives me the option to start a chat. Just be sure to inform the advisor what the actual issue is.

It's strange that it's happening so often to you. It might be some very, very poor luck, but I'll keep an eye on the situation in case there's more to it. I can understand that reaching out to support every single time you want to buy coins is less than ideal...
