[2021] Rank Game Freezes

Let's try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help with the freezes you've been seeing. 

When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. Those steps can tackle a lot of common issues, but if the game is still freezing after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.
