Hi @Yuh_itsjona You will need to reach out to our support to help look into this further and see what option may be available. I would recommend reading through our help articles about linking and unlinking, you can also use the contact us option at the bottom of either to speak with an agent.

@Yuh_itsjona At the bottom of either link, you should see a "Contact Us" Option to select, it will take you through creating a case and selecting a contact method. Illium.png
