Often, when this happens, it means you're resetting the password for the wrong account. The best I can advise is to confirm you're using the email address of the account you normally play on. Unfortunately, we can't help with account related issues through Answers HQ so I would have to refer you to opening a case here with an advisor to get some assistance. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with account related issues over Answers HQ. It's a security issue. You have to go through account verification before we can make changes to an account. This is something an advisor needs to do. Which is why we have to refer you there for help with anything account related.
