[2021] Email says I got banned, the Site says I wasn't, Bug?

It sounds like the account may have been accessed by someone else while you were not playing. If you haven't already please contact the EA Help team so they can help secure the account. 

You can find more details on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website.

If you don't see any bans on the EA Help site, it would be best to set up a case with the EA Help team so they can take a look. The link in my previous post should help you get a case set up.
