There is nothing else I can do to help with this. You'll need to wait for a response from ToS. Please keep an eye on your email. Thank you.
Our Terms of Service team investigates every dispute. We don't want to ban anyone. We want everyone to keep enjoying our games so they always do a thorough investigation.
The best I can advise is to submit another dispute if you haven't done this 3 times already. Unfortunately, there's nothing else I can do to help.
