I'm sorry to hear this situation has caused distress for you. It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and then banned. For hacked accounts, the support team can help you resecure the account but for the ban itself, the only team who can investigate and discuss this with you is our Terms of Service team. To see if a ban was added correctly or by mistake, you'll need to contact them. You can reach them by filling out the webform and that'll send in an appeal to that team.
