[2024] Can I refund the money if I bought Apex Coins via Steam on wrong account

If you bought the coins via Steam we'll have to refer you to them and their refund policy. Our support can only help with purchases made straight through the EA app, for the rest you'll need to go to the storefront where you bought them.
