Hey @R0GUE-l7, you're welcome to put in an additional appeal as you mentioned doing here until the Terms of Service team says they won't be able to look into the situation further.

Ultimately the TOS team has the final say in these matters as they're the ones able to look through our records and the account activity to see what happened at the time.

We're not able to look into this further via the forums or provide any different answers than the TOS team I'm afraid, so your best bet here will be to keep an eye out for a reply to your most recent appeal. Mako.png

You would need to appeal this by creating a case with an advisor to have the Terms of Service team investigate, which you've already done.

At this point you've done what you can and I see that case has already been passed along to the TOS team, so you'll just need to wait to hear back from them. Mako.png
