[2021] Low FPS problem with Ryzen 5 5600X + RTX 3070

@takedamitsunari with changing CPU i do recommend reinstalling OS it always helps. IS the CPU overclocked by any chance?

When playing how's the temps on the PC also how's the GPU usage when playing? @takedamitsunari
