[2022] Octane thematic pack server error/ lost two (2) packs

Hey, thanks for the posts.

While they do appear to have been eaten by the system while there issues yesterday, I've checked and the items of the 2 packs opened together were delivered eventually.

The contents were:

Pack 1:
Octane Legendary holospray
AR kills as Mirage Tracker
Common (15) crafting materials

Pack 2: 
Epic Octane emote
Mirage Kill quip 
Common (15) crafting materials. 

Thanks again and I hope this puts your mind at ease. 

@Spektrum_HD For you I can see the pack with crafting mats and the rare "Jump Pad Allies launched" tracker in one pack as you describe. 

For your packs that appeared to disappear, you got:

Pack 1:
Rare Octane skin: Circuit Breaker
Octane common quip
Common (15) crafting materials

Pack 2: 
Rare Octane Banner stance: Showtime
Wattson rare skin
Eva common skin

Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, but fortunately the system caught the issue and made sure the items were granted.
