The driver for your video card is quite old so I'm assuming you pulled the DxDiag after rolling them back from the latest one. Make sure you get the latest one though and then try the following:

 

  1. Go to Origin's Application Settings and disable Origin In-Game
  2. Right-click on the game in Origin and select "Repair."
  3. Perform a clean boot and when your PC starts back up, immediately launch Origin as administrator
  4. Go in game and set your video settings back to default

Let us know if that has any positive effect. Does it crash randomly while in game or always during a certain thing like an explosion?
