I'd like to try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help with the disconnections you've been seeing.
When you've got the chance can you try running through the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see if that helps? If you're still seeing any disconnections after that please let me know. Thanks!

Can we also try setting a different DNS on your Xbox to see if that helps as well? You can change the DNS through the steps below:
1. Open the Xbox Settings
2. Select All Settings
3. Select Network
4. Select Advanced Settings
5. Select DNS Settings
6. Select Manual
7. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but I've also heard that using the Cloudlfare DNS resolver can also help (primary DNS: 1.1.1.1)
8. Save the changes
