Hey @abc575183221

What you're describing sounds like it could be an IP address conflict between the two Xbox consoles on your network.

When you have the chance can you try setting a static IP address for both consoles to see if that helps? The Port Forward website has some instructions on how you can set a static IP address if you need more info.

Please let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot. Thanks!

Hi @DankeSheen

Were you able to try any sort of troubleshooting since this started happening?

If not, a good place to start would be with the basic and advanced connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having the same issues after that please let me know. Thanks!

Got it, thanks!

Which platform are you playing on?

@DankeSheen

Thank you!

Can we try setting a different DNS on your PS5 to test if that makes any difference? You can update the DNS settings on your system using the steps below:

1. Open your PS5 Settings

2. Select Network

3. Select Settings

4. Select Set Up Internet Connection

5. Select Set Up Manually

6. Choose WiFi or LAN Cable depending on what type of connection you're using

7. Select DNS

8. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but I've heard that using the public Cloudflare DNS resolver can help (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1)

9. Select Done

Let me know if you're still having any of the same issues after that. Thanks!
