I read the subreddit a lot. I love seeing people enjoying the game, and I make notes of the things I see such as which parts of the map players like, how they use the character abilities, and any bugs they encounter.
Big thanks to all the players who like the game enough that they're willing to follow and participate in the community :)
I hope all this negativity won't scare players away from sharing their clips and feedback!
Also thanks to the players who say things respectfully, like "I like the skins but they're too expensive for me." It hurts to see things like "Oh.. Well I guess you can also remember when developers werent money grabbing f***s that scammed there players too" .. it's not very nice :(
This isn't a company-approved comment. It's 4am and I've just finished playing way too many rounds of Squad with my mates.
It's just me, Deco, a human who likes making games and is lucky to be at a good company of good humans.
I definitely wouldn't be here in LA making games if the company hadn't paid for my Visa, flights, insurance, salary, the salaries of those who have mentored me, etc etc. The players who spend have given me the opportunity to make stuff for soooo many people to enjoy, which is absolutely amazing when I think about it.
I doubt many will see this comment, but hopefully it brings a little positivity to those who do, like u/Indybear98 is trying to :)
