If you're having issues reaching out to support, it might be a good idea to try and start a chat with them instead. It's usually the fastest way to get helped:

If you don't see the option to start a chat, once you've selected your product and platform, try selecting "Manage my account" -> "Hacked account". That gives me the option to start a chat fairly consistently.

Just remember to keep your proof of purchase on hand too. This article shows exactly what they'll need for whatever platform you play on:
