If you're constantly being asked to reset your EA password, and doing so isn't changing anything, then your Xbox account is likely already linked to an old or disabled EA account. You can check if it's linked to your current EA account here:

If you don't see it there, then you'll need to reach out to our live support team so they can take a look into this for you:
