Oh no worries i understand it now actually upon looking it up currently our developers are already aware of this issue and is currently looking it up already one of the reasons seems to be the steam link have you tried linking your steam recently ?
I remain unable to play the game with no idea when this will be resolved. I've been given the too bad so sad and then closed the support chat with no ability to leave a survey either. So the devs are working on a fix and until some unknown time and date i'm unable to access the game at all.
Disgraceful support really and quite disappointing considering what has been such a cracking launch to the game.
