Is there another email or account you may have used in the past?

 

Progress is stored on the EA Account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc.

 

It looks like the account you're posting from was just created towards the end of last year, so if you've been playing since the start that progress would be on a different EA Account.

You can reach out to support to try and locate or verify an older account if you have any other details about the account that could help locate it.

 

We would need some details to try and help find the account, however. You can also just try logging into the EA Account website here with any other emails you've used in the past to see which one has the correct platform linked.

Gotcha, if you remember an attached gamertag, our support team should be able to locate the account if you contact them with the link in my previous post.

You'll just need to verify some other information before they can make any changes if you don't have access to the registered email. Mako.png
