[2022] Can't sign in do to "technical difficulties"

If you're still running into the same error can you try resetting your EA Account password to see if that helps? Sometimes that can do the trick with errors like this.

I think it would be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. They may be able to see what's preventing you from logging in.
