Just to get a bit more information as we're investigating, please let us know if you've done any of the following recently.

• Unlinked an account
• Used a new PC
• Requested a refund
• Attempted to purchase Exotic Shards

I've removed those from the post just to avoid spreading any unnecessary information, but have passed that along to be checked into further.
