Hi @Svrze,
Sorry to hear the EA Help site's been acting up for you. Try these categories for now and once in touch with an advisor let them know the issue so they can update the categories on their side to more accurately reflect your issue:
- Open up an incognito window and without logging in to the site go to the EA Help homepage,
- Type 'EA App' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
- Select See all help topics.
- Select the Manage my account category.
- Select I need help with my hacked account.
- Click 'Continue without signing in'.
- Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear.
Once in touch with an advisor, let them know the email on your EA account so they can pull up your account right away.
