After S20 update huge stutters

Am i the only one with the same problem after season 20 update?

I still have 100+ fps and smooth gameplay but now every game starts with terrible stutters first 5-10 seconds of the match. Then sometimes it's randomly dropping fps to 30 in the middle-game but not quite often. But match start is terrible every time in every game mode.

To be clear i've cleaned all i can, updated all drivers, it's still stuttering even in 600x800 resolution :/

Respawn, what did you do? It was fine before new season...
