Hey @BBMShiv_I_am,
Not only will your progress not carry over, unlinking the platform you play Apex on has historically caused issues within the game. We have an article here with some more information:

Typically unlinking isn't something I'd recommend all that much, unless you're sure you know the risks and are ok with them.
