[2020] Lags in this game and Origin are ridiculous

You said you're using wifi. That would be wireless. Can you confirm there's a wire coming from your console/PC that is plugged into the router? Also, I just noticed you said your account is banned. For help with that, please see this article.

What system are you playing on? Also, how frequently does that happen?
