[2021] I Got Banned From Apex Legends For No Reason

Please fill in the webform so the ban can be looked into for you. Our Terms of Service team will investigate it once they receive your webform. Could you follow the steps in this EA Help article to learn how to submit a webform for account bans please? How to get more information about my ban or suspension

I'd temper expectations as a rapid response time is unlikely.

From other reports on the forum from players waiting to hear back from Terms of Service, it suggests the average response time is quite long at the moment and it may take a while before you hear back from the Terms or Service team.

Once they have received your case and completed their investigation into the ban, they'll reach out to you via email from this address: [email protected].

Thanks for you post. I'm sorry though, this isn't a case we can help with through the forums. To have bans looked into, you would need to send in a webform to the Terms of Service team.
