Level up packs missing after cross progression level diference from 100 on xbox

Just looking over the account here, there may be a bit of confusion about when this all took place so I did want to clarify a bit more.

 

The level cap was raised from 100 to 500 back on December 3rd, 2019. Here is the blog we had released discussing those changes. That change took place mid-season 3.

 

Looking over the account, I'm actually seeing two different Xbox accounts linked here which may still occur on older accounts. One of these Xbox accounts actually continued playing Apex through Season 6 and was over level 400 by the time of the Cross Progression merge.

 

So fortunately, it does appear everything was received by the account correctly as one of these accounts had continued playing Apex for a few seasons past the point when the level cap was raised the first time. If that's not an account you recognize you can contact support to have one of the Xbox accounts unlinked, but there wouldn't be any missing packs in this case.

The quickTofu gamertag appears to be the one with the progress, including level 400+ and Battle Passes through season 6 as well as logins a couple years more recent than the other Xbox account.
