- Open System Settings on the HOME Menu
- Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.
- Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.

- (You can use the public google DNS primary: 126.96.36.199, secondary: 188.8.131.52, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
